摘要
为解决液压支架在推移过程中需要人工控制调整进行及时修正误差的缺点,在对现有液压支架推移控制系统进行研究的基础上,提出了一种新的采用闭环控制模式的液压支架智能推移控制系统。该系统能够及时对系统误差进行修正,很好地克服了现有控制系统非闭环控制、精度差、可靠性低的缺点,实现了对液压支架推移的精确控制。
In order to solve the shortcomings of manual control adjustment and timely correction of errors in the process of hydraulic support moving,a new intelligent hydraulic support moving control system with closed-loop control mode is proposed based on the research of existing hydraulic support moving control system.The system can correct the system error in time,overcome the shortcomings of the existing control system such as non-closed-loop control,poor accuracy and low reliability,realizing the accurate control of hydraulic support movement.
