摘要
针对目前多数液压支架控制系统功能单一,只能依靠工作人员对工作状态的判断进行调节,调控手段单一,效率低下,无法满足井下综采工作面自动化、无人化发展要求等问题,提出了基于PowerBuilder的液压支架远程监控系统。该监控系统能够利用集控器和传感器对液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机的运行情况进行实时采集和分析,自动根据"三机"设备的运行状态完成对液压支架工作状态的调节和自动控制,极大地提升了对液压支架工作状态的调整的及时性和精确性,是实现综采面"三机"联动运行的基础。
In view of the single function of most hydraulic support control systems, which can only depend on the judgement of the working status of the staff, who has single means of regulation and control, which is inefficient, unable to meet the requirements of automation and unmanned development of fully mechanized coal mining face. A remote monitoring system of hydraulic support based on Power Builder is proposed. The monitoring system can collect and analyze the running situation of hydraulic support, shearer and scraper conveyor in real time by using centralizer and sensor, and automatically adjust and control the working state of hydraulic support according to the running state of "three machines" equipment. It greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of adjusting the working state of hydraulic support and realizes "three machines" in fully mechanized mining face, which is the basis of linkage operation.
