摘要
分析了电磁启动器结构组成及工作原理及其在设计过程实时性、可靠性、准确性等性能要求,开展了电磁启动器系统的总体方案设计及硬件结构设计,结合系统设计特点,对所设计的电磁启动器系统功能及系统工作原理进行了分析。所设计电磁启动器系统具有较高的可靠性和安全性,能满足现有井下供电线路的安全使用需求。
The structure and working principle of the electromagnetic starter and its performance requirements in real-time,reliability and accuracy in the design process are analyzed.The overall scheme design and hardware structure design of the electromagnetic starter system are carried out.Combined with the characteristics of the system design,the function and working principle of the electromagnetic starter system are analyzed.The designed electromagnetic starter system has high reliability and safety,which can meet the safety requirements of the existing underground power supply lines.
