摘要
针对目前刮板输送机因自动化程度过低而容易导致输送机断链、电机烧毁或链条阻卡的问题,提出了刮板输送机自动化监控系统。从刮板输送机自动化监控系统的硬件配置和软件设计两方面进行了研究分析。经现场应用表明:该自动监控系统可有效避免输送机出现断链、电机烧毁或链条阻卡事故。
Aiming at the problem of conveyor chain breakage,motor burnout or chain blocking due to the low automation of scraper conveyor,the automatic monitoring system of scraper conveyor is put forward.The hardware configuration and software design of scraper conveyor automatic monitoring system are studied and analyzed.Field application shows that the automatic monitoring system can effectively avoid chain breaking,motor burning or chain blocking accidents of conveyor.
