摘要
基于CAN总线技术,设计了采用多通道CAN集线器的矿井多参数监测系统,解决了传统煤矿带式输送机监测系统存在的实时性差、传输率低、抗电磁干扰能力弱、可靠性低的问题。并利用PFautoCAN软件,完成了仿真实验验证,试验证明:该监测方法安装方便,系统运行稳定、安全可靠,具有较好的应用价值。
Based on CAN-bus technology,a mine multi-parameter monitoring system using multi-channel CAN concentrator is designed,which solves the problems of poor real-time performance,low transmission rate,weak anti-electromagnetic interference ability and low reliability of traditional mine belt conveyor monitoring system.The PFautoCAN software is used to verify the simulation experiment.The experiment proves that the monitoring method is easy to install,and the system runs stably,safely and reliably,which has good application value.
