摘要
对板框压滤机的结构、工作方式及PLC系统的工作原理进行介绍,提出对选矿厂常用BAMZBL120型板框型压滤机的PLC控制系统进行优化改进的方案。经试验表明,这套新的控制软件显示效果良好,有效解决了输入输出失效错乱等问题,使设备运行更加稳定、维修简单,大大提高了生产效率。
This paper introduces the structure,working mode and working principle of the plate and frame filter press,and puts forward a scheme to optimize and improve the PLC control system of BAMZBL120 plate and frame filter press commonly used in concentrators.Experiments show that the new control software has good display effect,which effectively resolves the problems of input and output failure disorder,makes the operation stable and maintenance simple,and greatly improves the production efficiency.
