摘要
结合王庄煤矿洗煤厂皮带输送机的运行状况,对洗煤厂皮带输送机的几种常见故障如皮带跑偏、撒料、异常噪音等故障原因进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期可以有效保障洗煤厂皮带输送机的正常运行,提高生产效率,降低事故停机率。
Combined with the operation status of belt conveyor in Wangzhuang coal washery,the causes of several common faults of belt conveyor in coal washery,such as belt deviation,material spreading and abnormal noise,are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward in order to effectively guarantee the normal operation of belt conveyor in coal washery,improve production efficiency and reduce accident shutdown rate.
