关于局部枸橼酸抗凝技术在合并肝损伤的血液净化患者中应用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 枸橼酸是正常人体内的一种生理性酸,与钙离子结合后具有体外抗凝的作用,因其生物相容性优于肝素,且具有抗氧化、调节免疫力及抗炎性反应的特点。因此,近年来枸橼酸抗凝技术在各种血液净化方式中得到广泛应用。然而,柠檬酸代谢是一个需氧过程,主要在线粒体含量丰富的器官,如肝脏、肾脏或肌肉中进行[1]。更有文献报道,柠檬酸盐代谢主要依赖于肝功能[2,3],因此肝功能不全应视为应用枸橼酸抗凝的禁忌证。
