庭审网络直播的实证研究——以河北省为例

An Empirical Study on Trial Webcast:Taking Hebei Province as an Example

中国的庭审网络直播纵深发展尚面临制度设计合理性不足、地区发展不平衡、平台运行质量不高、资源浪费较严重等难题;建立统一平台、实现地方特色、发挥第三方力量是庭审网络直播的河北经验;庭审网络直播的深化发展尚需从制度设计合理化、平台建设多元化、直播效益最大化等角度发力。

Presently the trial webcast of China is still facing serious problems,such as rationality deficiency of the system design,the unbalanced regional development,the undesirable platform running and waste of resources as well.Hebei province can contribute its experience as solutions to these problems.Firstly a unified live platform should be established,and local characteristics should be demonstrated,thirdly the third-party social organization should be introduced.Efforts in the rational system design,the diverse platform construction and the maximum webcast efficiency can contribute to the development of trial webcast in China.
