基于变频调速技术的循环流化床锅炉引风机节能改造 被引量:14

摘要 循环流化床锅炉作为新一代节能燃烧设备在现代工业生产中发挥着重要的作用,对促进节能增效和经济安全生产具有积极的意义。引风机是有效调节循环流化床锅炉供热量和控制炉膛负压的重要设备。以某热电厂循环流化床锅炉为例,对锅炉烟风系统引风机运行工况进行分析,在对不同工况下引风机节流调节特性进行分析的基础上,基于变频调速技术对引风机运行调节方式进行改造和优化。实践表明,变频调速技术在提高引风机调节性能和节能降耗方面具有显著的效果和良好的应用前景。 As a new generation of energy-saving combustion equipment, circulating fluidized bed boiler plays an important role in modern industrial production, has a positive significance to promote energy efficiency and economic safety. Fan is an important equipment to effectively regulate and control the amount of heating and boiler furnace pressure. Circulating fluidized bed boiler of a power plant as an example is taken, the boiler induced draft system operation condition of fan is analyzed, on the basement of analyzing the wind turbine throttle characteristics under different conditions, transformation and optimization of the fan operation adjustment method were given based on the frequency speed control technology. Practice shows that the frequency control technology has significant effect and good application prospect in improving the fan regulation performance and energy saving.
