习近平精准扶贫思想是新时代贫困治理的指导性思想,坚持共同富裕的根本原则是保障精准扶贫的重要基础。随着山西省社会经济发展步入新常态,必须要加快对于精准扶贫政策的全面升级。结合山西省实际的发展情况,积极探索促进生态建设+精准扶贫有效落实的思路和措施,提高山西省自我造血的恢复能力,有效解决山西省的贫困问题。

Xi Jinping’s precise poverty alleviation thought is the guiding ideology of poverty management in the new era. Adhering to the fundamental principle of common prosperity is the important foundation of ensuring precise poverty alleviation. With the social and economic development of Shanxi Province entering a new normal,it is necessary to accelerate the overall upgrading of the precise poverty alleviation policy. Based on the actual development of Shanxi Province,this paper actively explores the ideas and measures to promote ecological construction + precise poverty alleviation,improve the recovery ability of self-hematopoiesis in Shanxi Province,and effectively solve the poverty problem in Shanxi Province.
