With the development of IT technology, video surveillance technology has entered the era of network video surveillance. This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of video surveillance system in Huaihe River Basin, and expounds the technical principle of the video surveillance platform in Huaihe River Basin to solve these problems, providing a solution for the units facing the same problems.
