摘要
工务系统是铁路的重要单位,主要职责是负责铁路线路及相关设备保养与维修,包括桥梁、隧道、涵洞、路基、钢轨、道岔、轨枕、道砟等的大、中维修和养护工作。对于工务外勤人员,特别是铁路巡道人员的考勤和管理一直是工务管理的难点,段管工程车辆的合理使用目前也主要依靠纸质手续和人为管理。有的路局工务信息化脚步较快,通过GPS手机定位、照片上传、运行轨迹回放等功能已实现了作业监控、干部履责管理等应用。因此开发一套满足工务外勤人员的定位和考勤需求的外勤作业智能管理系统,减轻管理人员的劳动强度尤为必要。
The engineering system is an important unit of the railway. Its main responsibility is to maintain and maintain railway lines and related equipment, including bridges, tunnels, culverts, subgrade, rails, turnouts, sleepers and ballasts. The attendance and management of the field workers,especially the railway patrol staff, has always been the difficulty of the work management. At present, the rational use of the section management engineering vehicles mainly depends on paper formalities and artificial management. Some road bureaus have a fast pace of informationization. Through GPS mobile phone positioning, photo uploading, and track playback, they have realized the application of job monitoring and cadre performance management. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to develop an intelligent management system for field operations to meet the positioning and attendance requirements of workers in order to reduce the labor intensity of managers.
