河口油田普通稠油油藏化学驱技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以河口油田普通稠油油藏油样为实验对象,通过微观驱替实验研究碱驱提高稠油采收率的机理,通过填砂管驱替实验观察碱驱、碱/聚合物驱和碱/表面活性剂驱3种体系的驱油效果。研究发现:碱驱波及系数高于水驱波及系数;碱质量分数越高,波及系数越大,采收率也越好;碱渗入原油中产生泡状流,是导致碱驱波及系数高的主要原因。聚合物和碱进行复配后,虽然黏度较高,但抑制了碱液向原油中的渗入。表面活性剂的引入也会对泡状流的形成产生负面影响,导致碱/表面活性剂驱的波及系数较低。 In view of the ordinary heavy oil in Hekou Oilfield,the mechanism of improving the recovery of heavy oil by alkali flooding is studied through the micro displacement experiment,and the displacement effect of three systems of alkali flooding,alkali/polymer flooding and alkali/surface active agent flooding is measured by sand filling tube displacement experiment. The results show that alkali flooding has a higher wave sum coefficient than water flooding; the higher the concentration of alkali,the greater the coefficient of wave,the better the recovery. And the main reason for the high wave and coefficient of alkali flooding is that alkali permeate into crude oil to form bubbly flow.After the polymer and alkali compound,the viscosity of the system is high,but it also inhibits the infiltration of alkaline solution into the crude oil. The introduction of surfactant will also have a negative effect on the formation of bubbly flow,which leads to the decrease of the wave sum coefficient of the alkali/surfactant flooding.
