摘要
采油气树的主要作用是监控井口的压力和控制产出物的流量,油气介质温度高、压力大,且含有H_2S、CO_2、氯化物和出砂等,采油气树长期在高温高压极端环境下工作,极易造成各部件的密封面及通道的金属腐蚀、冲蚀等问题,导致油田的安全生产存在严重的安全隐患。通过超声相控阵技术对塔里木油田克深区块10口易发生腐蚀的采油气井口装置进行在线检测,确定了发生腐蚀的井口装置,对腐蚀缺陷的具体位置、缺陷的几何尺寸进行了定量分析,说明应用超声相控阵检测技术对井口采油气装置进行在线检测检是可行性。
The main function of the oil and gas tree is to monitor the pressure of the wellhead and to control the flow of the output.The oil and gas medium has high temperature,high pressure and contains H2S,CO2,chloride and sand,etc.The long-term work of the oil and gas tree in the extreme environment of high temperature and high pressure is very easy to cause the corrosion and erosion of the sealing surface and the channel of the components.The safe production of oil field has serious safety hidden danger.In this paper,the ultrasonic phased array technology is used for the first time to detect 10 easily corroded wellhead units in the keshen block of Tarim Oilfield.The corroded wellhead device was determined and the specific location and geometric size of the corrosion defects were quantitatively analyzed,which proves the feasibility of the ultrasonic phased array detection technique in the on-line detection and inspection of the oil and gas equipment in the wellhead.
