胸腺肽α1治疗AECOPD患者的临床疗效及对炎症因子和肺功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of thymosin α1 in the treatment of AECOPD patients and its effects on inflammatory factors and lung function

目的研究胸腺肽α1治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床效果及对炎症因子与肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2017年4月于本院接受治疗的84例AECOPD患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予胸腺肽α1治疗,比较治疗前后血清炎症因子、肺功能指标及血气指标水平。结果两组治疗后血清炎症因子(IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α)、肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC、 FEV1/FVC)、血气指标(PaO_2、PaCO_2、pH)与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、 FEV1/FVC水平明显高于对照组,血气指标PaO_2、PaCO_2、pH水平明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者应用胸腺肽α1治疗能有效降低炎症反应,显著改善患者肺功能及血气指标,疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effects of thymosin α1 in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and its effects on inflammatory factors and lung function.Methods 84 patients with AECOPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The study group received thymosin α1 on the basis of conventional treatment.The serum inflammatory factors,lung function indexes and blood gas index levels were compared before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in serum inflammatory factors (IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α),pulmonary function indexes(FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC) and blood gas indexes(PaO2,PaCO2,pH) before and after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.The lung function indexes FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The blood gas indexes PaO2,PaCO2 and pH levels in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of thymosin α1 in patients with AECOPD can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and significantly improve the lung function and blood gas index of patients.
