糖尿病足与血清肿瘤坏死因子关系研究

Study on the relationship between diabetic foot and serum tumor necrosis factor

目的探讨糖尿病足与血清肿瘤坏死因子的关系。方法选取本院2017年4月～2018年3月接收治疗的50例糖尿病足患者作为实验组,另选取我院体检中心同期体检健康者50例作为对照组,并且运用酶联免疫法检测两组实验对象血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平变化情况,应用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖含量的差异。结果实验组患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α、空腹血糖水平含量明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且肿瘤坏死因子-α与血糖含量呈正相关(r=0.678,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者血清肿瘤坏死因子及空腹血糖均高于正常人,两者呈正相关,血清肿瘤坏死因子对糖尿病足早期诊断以及治疗具有一定临床应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze relationship between diabetic foot and serum tumor necrosis factor.Methods From April 2017 to March 2018,50 patients with diabetic foot were selected as experimental group.In addition,50 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α levels in two groups were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and the difference of fasting blood glucose content was determined by glucose oxidase method.Results The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),.There was a positive correlation between tumor necrosis factor-α and blood glucose(r=0.678,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum tumor necrosis factor and fasting blood glucose in diabetic foot patients are higher than those in normal subjects.There is a positive correlation between the serum tumor necrosis factor and fasting blood glucose.Serum tumor necrosis factor has a certain clinical value in the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot,and It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
