肌内效贴联合运动疗法治疗街舞舞者桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Kinesio taping combined with exercise therapy on radial styloid narrow tenosynovitis of hip-hop dancers

目的观察肌内效贴联合运动疗法治疗街舞舞者桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果。方法从街舞社团或者街舞培训班中选取40例患有桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的舞者,以随机分组的形式分为实验组20例和对照组20例。两组均进行常规的运动疗法治疗,其中实验组在此基础上加入肌内效贴的治疗。治疗2周。治疗前和治疗后均采用疼痛分级指数(Pain rating index,PRI)、视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、腕关节背伸的活动范围(ROM)的测量来评估舞者腱鞘炎疼痛程度及腕关节功能状态。结果与治疗前相比,两组舞者的PRI评分、VAS评分和腕关节背伸的活动范围均有明显提升和改善(P<0.01);同时实验组的PRI评分、VAS评分和腕关节背伸的活动范围提升和改善的程度比对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合运动疗法可以有效促进街舞舞者桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of Kinesio taping combined with exercise therapy on radial styloid narrow tenosynovitis in hip-hop dancers. Methods 40 dancers with radial styloid narrow tenosynovitis were selected from the street dance club or the street dance training class. They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=20) and control group(n=20). Both groups were treated with conventional exercise therapy. And the experimental group was treated with Kinesio taping based on the exercise therapy. The patients were treated for two weeks. Pain rating index (PRI), visual analogue scale (VAS), and range of motion of wrist extension (ROM) were measured before and after treatment to assess the degree of pain and wrist function status of the dancers. Results Compared with those before treatment, the PRI score, VAS score and wrist extension range of the two groups of dancers were significantly improved and improved after treatment(P<0.01). At the same time, the extent of improvement and improvement degree of the PRI score, VAS score and wrist joint in the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kinesio taping combined with exercise therapy can effectively promote the recovery of radial styloid narrow tenosynovitis in hip-hop dancers.
