不同剂量重组人干扰素α 2b雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究在毛细支气管炎患儿的治疗过程中运用不同剂量重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选取我院在2017年10月~2018年5月收治的毛细支气管炎患儿60例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例,两组患儿采用不同剂量的重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗方式,分析治疗效果、患儿咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及喘息消失时间等。结果低剂量组总有效率是53.3%,高剂量组总有效率是83.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.241,P=0.044)。两组哮鸣音消失时间低剂量组(5.28±1.06)d及高剂量组(4.22±1.03)d,喘息消失时间低剂量组(5.08±1.16)d及高剂量组(4.02±1.13)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿咳嗽消失时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组药物不良反应无差异。结论高剂量的重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗方式的治疗效果优于低剂量组。从多方面角度考虑,在临床治疗过程中采用高剂量的治疗方式能够更好地促进毛细支气管炎的治疗,临床住院总费用更少,具有重要的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To study the effect of different doses of recombinant human interferon α2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children patients with bronchiolitis. Methods 60 children patients with bronchiolitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to Jul 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each. Two groups of children patients were treated with different doses of recombinant human interferon α2b aerosol inhalation. The therapeutic effect, the time of cough disappearance, the time of wheezing disappearance, and the time of gasp disappearance were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 53.3% in the low-dose group and 83.3% in the high-dose group, the difference was statistically significant between the two group(χ~2=6.241, P=0.044). The disappearance time of wheezing was(5.28±1.06)d in the low dose group and(4.22±1.03)d in the high dose group, the disappearance time of whoop was(5.08±1.16)d in the low dose group and(4.02 ±1.13)d in the high dose group. the difference was statistically significant between the two group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of cough disappearance between the two groups(P>0.05), and there was no difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of high dose recombinant human interferon alph a2b nebulized inhalation was better than that of low dose group. Considering from many aspects, the use of high-dose treatment in the clinical treatment process can better promote the treatment of bronchiolitis, the total cost of clinical hospitalization is less, has important clinical application value.
