Study on Development and Talent Training of Data Science

梳理了数据科学学科形成与发展的四个阶段——正式诞生、涵义演变、专业发展、广泛应用,概述了国内外对数据科学人才的需求态势和人才培养现状,并提出了具体的人才培养策略:厘清概念认知,明确专业人才的知识结构;编译主干课程的教材,构建数据科学课程群;通过高校、政府和企业的协同育人,培养多类型的专业人才;积极开发软硬件,创建高质量的大数据实践实训平台。

The paper reveals that the formation and development of data science subject has four stages,which is formal birth,connotation expansion,professional growth and extensive use.It summarizes demand and training situation for data science talent at home and abroad.The paper also clearly points the?specific?strategies of training talent.Firstly,we should clarify concept and make clear knowledge structure of professional talent.Secondly,the curriculum group of data science should be established though writing and translating its chief textbooks.Thirdly,basing on collaborative education among universities and government and enterprises,multi-type professional talents should be trained.Last,we should found high-class practical platform for analyzing big data by actively?exploiting software and hardware.
