摘要 文章研究了以GGC-600酸化吹气仪作为预处理装置,用亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定废水中的硫化物。通过实验,选取了合适的酸种类和吸收液,进行水浴温度、吹气时间、吹气流量等条件的实验研究。最终确定了最佳实验条件,并进行了实际水样的测定,回收率可以达到90%以上,具有良好的稳定性和重现性,为准确测定废水中的硫化物提供了质量保证。 In this paper,GGC-600 acidification-blowing instrument was used as the pretreatment device to determine sulfide in wastewater by methylene blue spectrophotometry.By a large number of experiments,suitable acid types and absorption fluids were selected,and experimental study of water bath temperature,air blowing time and air blowing flow-rate was carried out.Then,the best experimental conditions were identified and actual water samples were determined,with the recovery rate over 90%,which proved that the method had good stability and reproducibility,providing quality guarantee for accurate determination of sulfide in wastewater.
