“互联网+党建”模式下高校学生党支部“党员活动日”设计创新研究

Research on the Innovative Design of "Party Members Day" under the Mode of "Internet+Party Building"

在互联网高速发展,大数据时代到来的背景下,高校学生党支部工作应顺应形势,与时俱进,拓宽工作思路,创新工作方法。"党员活动日"作为对"三会一课"制度的补充形式,其特点更趋于灵活和开放,不应局限于组织集中理论学习,也可以融合多种形式与内容来开展活动。然而,近些年来,学生党支部在开展和落实党员活动日制度过程中,大部分都是集中在理论学习与讨论,内容遵循传统,形式过于单一,对互联网的运用不够充分,不能满足当代大学生党员的发展需要。因此,在"互联网+党建"的模式下对"党员活动日"进行创新性设计与研究,有利于切实发挥其对大学生党员的教育管理作用。

With the rapid development of the Internet and the advent of the era of big data,the work of student party branches in colleges and universities should conform to the situations,advance with the times,broaden the work horizons and innovate the working methods.As a supplement to the system of"three sessions and one lesson",the"Party Members Day"was characterized by its flexibility and openness.In addition to centralized theoretical study,it can be integrated with various forms and contents.However,in recent years,the student party branch has exposed a number of problems on carrying out and implementing the party membership day system,most of which are concentrated on theoretical study and discussion.The content followed the tradition,the form was too monotonous and the use of the Internet was not sufficient,which can not meet the needs of the development of contemporary college students party members.Therefore,carrying out innovative design and research on"Party Members'Activity Day"under the mode of"Internet+Party Building"would help to exert its educational and management functions to the party members in college.
