中国城市管理专业的发展现状分析

Analysis on the Development Status of Urban Management Major in China's Colleges and Universities

城市管理(Urban Management)专业是集经济学、管理学、城市规划学和地理信息系统等多学科为一体的综合性新兴学科。以统计中国开设城市管理专业院校为基础,通过基尼系数计算我国城市管理专业的空间分异。截止到2016年6月3日,全国具备城市管理专业招生资格的院校共63所,从东南向西北逐渐减少,并符合著名的"胡焕庸线"。我国院校具备本科教育的空间分布基本均衡,而院校具备研究生教育的空间分布差异显著。在此基础上,从我国城市管理专业开设的院校性质和课程设置内容,探讨我国城市管理专业的人才培养模式。城市管理专业应以城市数字化管理、城市规划原理和城市经济学等为主,并开设以无人机技术、3S技术和地图学等为主的选修课,构建"德才兼备、理论结合实践、高素质"的城市管理人才培养模式。

The urban Management is an integrated and emerging subject integrating economics,management,urban planning and geographic information systems.Based on the statistics of urban management in China,the spatial differentiation of urban management is calculated by the gini coefficient.By June 3,2016,there were 63 colleges and universities in our country with the major of urban management,the number of institution gradually decreasing from the southeast to the northwest,consistent with the famous"Hu's line".The space distribution of colleges and universities offering bachelor's degree in urban management is basically balanced.However,the spatial distribution of the graduate students and doctoral students is opposite.On this basis,this paper discusses the talent cultivation mode of urban management in China from the characteristics of colleges and universities and the content of curriculum setting.The major's curriculums should mainly cover the digital city management,urban planning theory and urban economics,and provide eptional courses like unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)technology,3s technology and cartography of elective courses,in order to form"virtue and knowledge,theory and practice,high-quality talent"of the urban management talent training mode cultivating.
