组织开展课外体育活动对高校班级管理影响的研究

Research on the Effect of the Extracurricular Sports on the Class Management in College

课外体育活动是大学生第二课堂的主要内容,应发挥其在学生思想政治教育工作中的主阵地作用。研究拟通过对比分析,有意识地在课余时间组织开展以班级为单位的课外体育活动,以探明其对高校班级管理的影响作用。结果表明,在学分制条件下,体育工作者、学生工作者通过有意识地组织开展大学生课外体育活动,可以对学生班级管理工作起到较大的促进作用。主要体现在等级考核、学习状况、组织纪律、团队意识等方面。有关部门应解放思想,创新机制,推动课外体育活动顺利实施,更好地发挥其在大学生思想政治教育工作中的重要作用。

Extracurricular sports activities are the main contents of the room subsidiary teaching playing their main role in the ideological and political education.Through comparative analysis,the study intends to consciously organize extracurricular sports activities in the form of the whole class after school,so as to find out its effect on class management in colleges and universities.The results show that under the condition of credit system,the workers in chanrge of sports and student management can carry out extracurricular sports activities for college students through conscious organization,which greatly promotes students'class management.
