摘要
为研究日粮中添加枸杞对公猪精液品质的影响,试验选取12头身体状况良好的成年杜洛克公猪,随机分成4组,每组3头重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1. 5%,3%,4. 5%枸杞果粉,试验期60d。结果表明:试验组进入采精栏开始爬台的时间均显著低于对照组; 1. 5%枸杞组和4. 5%枸杞组公猪精液量显著升高(P <0. 05),而3. 0%枸杞组精液量有增加的趋势,但差异不显著(P> 0. 05);各试验组公猪精液精子活力和精液密度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05); 4. 5%枸杞组的精子畸形率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),而其他两组无显著变化(P> 0. 05);各试验组公猪精液超氧化物歧化酶含量均显著提高(P <0. 05); 3. 0%枸杞组和4. 5%枸杞组公猪精液丙二醛含量显著降低(P <0. 05),而1. 5%枸杞组无显著变化(P> 0. 05)。由此说明,日粮中添加4. 5%枸杞能够改善公猪精液品质。
In order to study the effect of Chinese wolfberry on the quality of boar semen,12 adult healthy Duroc boars were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group. The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group added 1. 5%,3%,and 4. 5% Chinese wolfberry fruit powder to the basal diet,The test period is 60 days. The results showed that the time of the test group entering the ejaculation bar was significantly lower than that of the control group; the semen volume of the 1. 5% Chinese wolfberry fruit powder group and the 4. 5% Chinese wolfberry fruit powder group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),while the semen volume of 3. 0% group showed an increasing trend,but the difference was not significant( P > 0. 05). The sperm motility and semen density of the boars in each experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The sperm abnormality rate in the 4. 5% group was significantly lower than that in the control group.( P < 0. 05),while the other two groups had no significant change( P > 0. 05); the content of superoxide dismutase in boar semen of each experimental group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05); 3. 0% Chinese wolfberry fruit powder group and 4. 5% Chinese wolfberry fruit powder group The content of malondialdehyde in semen was significantly lower( P < 0. 05),while there was no significant change in 1. 5% group( P > 0. 05). In conclusion,4. 5% of Chinese wolfberry fruit powder adding in the diet can improve the quality of boar semen.
