低纬高原梯田两系杂交稻制种生态适应性分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】本实验为了明确低纬高原梯田两系杂交稻适宜的制种区域和播种期,为该区域两系杂交稻安全制种生产提供有价值的数据支持。【方法】选择典型低纬高原梯田条件的云南水富县3个不同海拔试点,8个播期研究了4个籼稻两用核不育系和3个粳稻两用核不育系在各试点的育性表达规律,并进行了不育系育性表达和稳定性分析。【结果】各品种套袋自交不育率在品种间、海拔间、播期间均表现出极显著差异。【结论】低纬高原两系杂交稻适宜的制种区域控制在海拔500 m以下,播期应安排在5月14日之前。 【Objective】This study was to investigate optimum seed production areas and sowing dates at the low latitude plateau regions in Yunnan province for safe two-line hybrid seed production.【Method】The fertility patterns of four indica and three japonica Photoperiod-Thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile lines(PTGMS)were evaluated in three different altitude with eight different sowing dates at the low latitude plateau regions of Shuifu county,Yunnan province.Fertility expression and stability of each PTGMS rice under controlled different temperature conditions were also analyzed.【Result】The result showed that the average sterile rate of self-crossing sterility by hand bagging was significantly different among varieties,altitudes and sowing dates.【Conclusion】The suitable hybrid rice seed production locations for Two-line hybrid rice in low latitude plateau should be controlled below 500 m and the seeding date should be arranged before May 14th.
