根区内不同空间施肥对植烟土壤有效磷及烤烟磷积累影响 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】本文探明了根区内不同施肥空间对植烟土壤有效磷含量和烤烟磷素吸收、利用的影响。【方法】试验在田间条件下,设置T1(对照)、T2(直径15 cm)、T3(直径20 cm)、T4(直径25 cm) 4个处理,烤烟品种为云烟87,小区试验设计,3次重复。【结果】土壤有效磷含量T2、T3和T4处理在耕层5 cm处有效磷的含量低,随施肥距离增加到10~15 cm时而显著提高,而T1处理土壤有效磷含量分布较均匀,不同的空间施肥处理的效果要高于对照处理,说明不同空间施肥明显改善了磷素养分的供应状态;烟株根部磷含量在烤烟成熟期,T4处理的空间施肥会显著提高烤烟根部的积累量,其他烤烟生长发育时期,不同空间施肥对烤烟根部磷积累无明显的影响;地上烤烟磷积累量,移栽后第13~17周,各处理磷积累量T4> T2> T1> T3,方差结果显示T4处理与其他处理差异显著,说明T4处理的空间施肥可以显著提高烤烟总磷积累量。【结论】综合土壤有效磷积累量,地上、地下磷积累量可知,T4空间施肥是提高磷素积累的最适处理。 【Objective】This paper aimed to explore the effects of root zone fertilization on soil effective phosphorus and phosphorus absorption of flue cured tobacco.【Method】The experiment was carried out under field conditions and then set 4 treatment as T1(CK),T2(diameter 15cm),T3(diameter 20cm),T4(diameter 25 cm),and plot test was design and repeated 3 times.【Result】Content of available P in soil T2,T3 and T4 in the top layer 5 cm was low,with the increase of the fertilizer distance from 10 to 15 cm,effective phosphorus content significantly increased,and T1 treatment of soil effective phosphorus content distribution is uniform,the space effects of different fertilization treatments were higher than that of control,illustrating different space fertilizers significantly improved P nutrient supply status;Roots of tobacco plant phosphorus content in flue-cured tobacco full ripeness period,T4 treatment space fertilization could significantly increase the accumulation of flue-cured tobacco roots,and the different space fertilizing of other flue-cured tobacco growth and development period had no obvious effects on phosphorus accumulation of flue-cured tobacco root;The phosphorus accumulation of flue-cured tobacco 13-17 weeks after transplanting,the phosphorus accumulation was in order of T4>T2>T1>T3,variance results showed that T4 treatment had significant differences with others,indicating that T4 treatment space fertilization could significantly improve flue-cured tobacco total phosphorus accumulation.【Conclusion】The accumulation of effective phosphorus in the soil and the accumulation of phosphorus in the ground and underground showed that the spatial fertilization of T4 was the most suitable treatment to improve the accumulation of phosphorus.
