振动压边拉深成形的数值模拟分析

摘要 使用Dynaform仿真软件对筒形件拉深过程中振动压边进行数值模拟分析.通过振动压边的振动频率、摩擦系数、压边力等因素多水平的正交试验,分析振动压边对筒形件拉深成形的影响.试验结果表明,振动压边能够减小工件拉深成形的减薄量. This article talks about the numerical analysis of deep draw of cylindrical parts with its binder vibrated.We analyses the data which acquired by doing orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels on vibrational frequency of binder,friction coefficient,and binder force to explore the influence of vibrational binder in the process of deep draw.By numerical simulation and analysis,it helps reduce the decrease of thickness in the process of deep draw of cylindrical parts.
