摘要
基于中国制造业转型升级背景,探讨企业文化对企业技术创新效率的影响路径,研究选取2009—2015年我国576家制造业高技术上市公司的公开数据,量化分析企业文化强度,进而分析文化强度对创新效率的影响,并分别比较了国有企业和民营企业文化强度与创新效率的关系。研究表明:现阶段,国有高技术上市企业文化与企业技术创新效率显著性不强,但民营企业文化强度对创新效率却有显著的正向作用。基于此,可以从转变政府职能、加强企业制度建设、完善激励机制等方面加强国有企业文化塑造,促进技术创新效率提升,推动国家创新体系建设与发展。
Enterprise culture is an important source of enterprise innovative power.Under the background of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,public data of 576 high-tech listed companies in China in the years of 2009~2015 is selected.Through quantitative analysis of enterprise cultural intensity,the effect of cultural intensity on innovative efficiency is analyzed,and the relationship between cultural intensity and innovative efficiency of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is also compared.The research shows that presently there is no significant correlation between enterprise culture and innovative efficiency in state-owned high-tech listed companies,while cultural intensity of private companies has a positive effect on innovative efficiency.Thus,it is concluded that efficiency of technological innovation can be promoted through transforming government function,strengthening the construction of enterprise system,perfecting the incentive mechanism,consequently promoting the construction and development of national innovative system.
