教师专业化背景下社区教育专职工作者培养:基于制度学的视角

On Full-Time Community Education Worker Training Under the Background of Teachers' Professionalization:From the Perspective of Institutionalism

作为近年来教师队伍建设和职业发展的重要趋势,教师专业化对社区教育专职工作者队伍建设带来新的要求和期望。在分析教师专业化发展对社区教育专职工作者发展要求的基础上,基于制度学的视角,对专业化背景下社区教育专职工作者培养的相关制度进行思考,提出应建立专业培养路径、设立严格的职业资格准入制度、系统化的职前职后一体化培训制度、明确的社区教育教师职称评审制度,不断健全和完善社区教育专职工作者的培养,以推动个体和整体的专业化发展。

Teacher professionalization is an important trend in the construction of teaching staff and teacher career development in recent years. It has brought new requirements and expectations to the construction of full-time staff in community education. From the perspective of institutionalism, this paper puts forward that professional pre-service training, strict occupational access, systematic pre-service and post-service integrated training, specific community education teachers' title appraisal system should be adopted to promote the professional development of full-time workers in community education.
