摘要
农民的教育培训是新型职业农民培育的基础所在,成人学校在其中扮演着非常重要的角色,是资源供给者、质量检测者和培育服务者。当前新型职业农民培育存在着农民职业认同感低、人口素质不高、成人学校教学设计不合理、培训对象不明确、培训方式单一等问题,解决这些问题的路径在于明确培育目标、遴选培育对象、构建专业化师资队伍、运用多元培育模式等。
The education and training of farmers is the foundation of the cultivation of new professional farmers, the adult schools play a very important role in it.Which are the resource providers, quality inspectors and nurturing service provider.At present, the cultivation of new professional farmers have problems such as low professional identity of farmers, low quality of population, unreasonable teaching design of adult schools, unclear cultivating objects and single training methods. The way to solve these problems lies in defining the cultivation objectives, selecting the cultivation objects, building a professional teaching staff and building a diversified cultivation model.
