中国计量科学研究院国际科研合作现状评价研究

Evaluation and research on the international collaboration status of the National Institute of Metrology of China

国际合作论文是国际间开展合作的主要产出之一,对合作论文进行分析是开展机构间国际合作研究的主要途径.基于SCI国际合作论文数据,应用文献计量分析等方法,从中国计量科学研究院国际科研合作规模、与国内外机构联合开展国际科研合作的现状、合作成果的影响力等角度,分析评价了2000-2017年间,中国计量科学研究院的国际科研合作论文的特征和变化趋势,并对该院在经济、科技创新全球化背景下,如何有针对性的布局和开展国际科研合作及推动计量领域自主创新,提出了意见及建议.

Co-published international paper,as one of the major achievements of international collaboration is the main analysis indexes of international cooperation research.Based on a bibliometric method and the Web of Science(WoS)database,the co-published international papers between 2000 and 2017 by the National Institute of Metrology(NIM)of China were analyzed.The collaboration characteristics and tendency of the NIM,the scale and status of the international S&R collaboration,and the effect of research achievements were illustrated.Suggestions on how to layout international S&R collaboration to promote self-dependent innovation in the metrological field under the background of the globalization of economy and S&T innovation were put forward.
