初中英语学业水平考试是义务教育阶段英语学科的终结性考试。科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保障。为改变英语教学中重读写、轻听说的状态,增加口语考试,科学、合理地改革考试评价方式是一种切实可行的途径,将有利于科学、合理地评价学生的学习结果,也有利于培养学生英语综合语言运用能力的全面发展。

The junior high school English Proficiency Test is the final examination of the compulsory education stage. The scientific evaluation system is the important guarantee to realize the course objectives. To change the state of taking reading and writing seriously but taking listening and speaking lightly,oral English test is raised which is a practical and viable way to reform the test evaluation ways scientifically and reasonably. It is beneficial to evaluate students' learning outcome in a scientific and reasonable way and it is also advantageous to cultivate students' overall development in comprehensive English language proficiency.
