中医药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染用药规律分析

Analysis of the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection

目的探索中医药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的用药规律。方法运用关键词查找的方法在知网、万方、维普数据库检索1993年1月～2017年12月文献,最终符合标准的文献共80篇,用EXCEL表格建立数据库,并运用SPSS统计学软件分别对药物使用的频次、频率、四气、五味、归经、药物类别、治则治法进行分析。结果文献中共使用中药101味,使用频次是822次。使用频次最高的三味药依次是炙甘草、黄连、蒲公英;按照药物类别排名靠前的是补气药、理气药、清热燥湿药;药性以温、寒、平为主,累计频率为94.9%;四气以温、寒、平为主,累计频率为94.9%;五味以苦、辛、甘为主,累及频率为97.2%;归经以入脾、心、肝为主,累及频率85.9%;治则治法以清热利湿、疏肝理气、活血化瘀等为主。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染的治疗遵循扶正祛邪的治疗原则,辨证论治。

Objective To explore the rule of application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Using the keyword search method to search the literature from January 1993 to December2017 in CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database, and finally 80 documents in conformity with the standard. The keyword search method was used to retrieve 80 articles from January 1993 to December 2017 in CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases. The database was established with EXCEL form. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the frequency,four properties, five flavors, meridian tropism, drug category and treatment principle and method in medication. Results A total of 101 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were used in the literature, and the frequency of use was 822.The top three highest frequency of use were licorice, berberine, and dandelion; the top drugs ranked according to the category of drugs were tonifying Qi and lifting yang, Qi-regulating and heat-clearing and Dampness-drying drugs. The medicinal properties were mainly warm, cold and calm, with a cumulative frequency of 94.9%; the four properties were mainly warm, cold and calm, with a cumulative frequency of 94.9%; the five flavors were mainly bitter, spicy and sweet, with a cumulative frequency of 97.2%. The main meridian attribution was to enter the spleen, heart and liver,with a cumulative frequency of 85.9%. The treatment principle and method were mainly to clear away heat and dampness, soothing liver and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion The treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection follows the principle of strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens, and is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.
