摘要
针对女大学生普遍存在的亚健康问题,设计开发了辨体施膳智能保健APP。该APP可以根据用户的信息进行智能分析,首先辨别用户的体质分型,然后从"药茶-药膳糕点-药膳汤煲-膳后调护-起居建议"五个方面反馈给用户一套系统而具体可行的药膳保健方案。实践证明,辨体施膳智能保健APP可以帮助女大学生正确地进行药膳食疗调理,起到保健、消除亚健康的作用。
This paper aimes at designing and developing intelligent health care APP to improve the sub-health problem that widespread in the female college students. According to the user′s information, this intelligent health care APP can process intelligent analysis, first identify the user′s physical type, and then from the "medicinal tea-medicated pastry-medicated soup pot-care after lunch, living nursing advice" five aspects, the APP will feedback a set of systematic and feasible scheme of health care food to the user. Through practice, it improves that the APP could help female college students to properly regulate medicated food and diet therapy, and has the function of health care and elimination of sub-health.
