教学模型序贯临床实践在不同阶段消化内镜专科医生培训中的应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 消化内镜技术的发展进步和推广使消化系统疾病的诊疗水平迈上了一个新台阶,国内对消化内镜专科医师的需求逐渐增加。目前我国尚未建立规范的消化内镜培养方案,传统以患者为基础的培养模式已不能适应消化内镜快速发展的需求。本文提出了教学模型序贯临床实践的培养模式,根据受训者的情况,分为初级、中级、高级三个培训阶段:初级阶段教学模型采用自制简易模型及内镜训练机,中级及高级培训采用离体及活体动物模型。每个阶段教学模型训练考核通过后再转入临床实践,以达到消化内镜专科医生的培训实现量化、细化及个体化。 The development and popularization of digestive endoscopy technology has brought a new level of the diagnosis and treatment for digestive system diseases.The demand for gastroenterologist is gradually increasing.Currently,the training of digestive endoscopy lacks standardized programs.The traditional training mode based on patient is no longer suitable for the rapid development of digestive endoscopy.In this paper,a training model nominated“teaching model sequential clinical practice”is presented.According to the trainees′situation,the teaching mode is divided into three training stages:primary,intermediate and advanced stage.The primary stage teaching models are self-made model and endoscope training machine.Intermediate and advanced training model are in vitro and living animal models.The trainees can only enter the specified clinical practice after passing the examination in each practice stage,which aims at attaining quantification,refinement and individualized training for digestive endoscopy specialists.
