脑复康宁胶囊的质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard of Naofukangning Capsules

目的建立脑复康宁胶囊的含量测定方法,为完善脑复康宁胶囊的质量标准提供理论依据。方法采用TLC法对脑复康宁胶囊的主要成分黄芪和天麻进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对三七有效成分人参皂苷Rb1进行含量测定。结果 TLC斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;人参皂苷Rb1在0.051 2～1.640 0mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.40%,RSD值为1.59%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为脑复康宁胶囊的含量测定方法。

Objective To consummate the quality standard and provide theory evidence of Naofukangning Capsules by constituting the method for assaying Naofukangning Capsules.Methods TLC was employed to identify Astragalus root and Gastrodia elat.Ginsenoside Rb1,the effective component of Panax notoginseng,was determined by HPLC in the prescription of Naofukangning Capsules.Results TLC spots were clear,well-separated and specific without any interference.The linear range of ginsenoside Rbl was 0.051 2-1.640 0 mg·mL^-1 with an average recovery of 99.40%(RSD=1.59%,n=6).Conclusion The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Naofukangning Capsules.The determination method is simple,accurate and reliable,and could be used as the determination method for Naofukangning Capsules.
