摘要
目的考察洁身洗液工艺改进后对其主要成分苦参碱的影响。方法含量测定采用液-液自动萃取设备改进检测方法;水提工艺改进为雾化提取;醇沉工艺改进了乙醇体积分数及加醇的速度。结果含量检测方法改进后稳定性大幅提高,RSD值由2.74%变为0.76%。工艺改进后,有效提高了苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的转移率。水提、醇沉工艺使苦参碱转移率提高15%以上。结论改变该工艺过程的工艺参数可提高该产品的质量。
Objective To study the influence of the improvement of Jieshen Lotion on matrine,the main content of the Jieshen Lotion.Methods The liquid-liquid automatic extraction equipment was used to improve the detection method;the water extraction process was improved by atomization extraction,and the alcohol precipitation process was improved by changing the ethanol concentration and the speed of alcohol addition.Results The stability of the method was improved greatly,RSD changed from 2.74%to 0.76%.The transfer rate of matrine and oxymatrine was increased effectively after the process improved.The transfer rate of matrine by water extraction and alcohol precipitation was increased more than 15%.Conclusion This experiment can improve the quality of the product by changing the technological parameters of the process.
