摘要
目的旨在通过系统性Meta分析来证实3D打印联合PBL教学可以有效改进骨科学教学质量。方法系统检索中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台、中国知网等数据库中关于3D打印联合PBL应用于骨科教学的文献,用Meta分析来评价3D打印联合PBL在骨科学教学中的效果。结果共检出53篇文献,通过筛选共有6篇文献纳入研究,共计纳入390例教学对象。结果提示,3D打印联合PBL教学法与传统教学法对理论成绩[SMD=1.35,95%CI(1.11-1.59),P<0.01]、临床操作[SMD=1.61,95%CI(1.32,1.89),P<0.01]、学习兴趣[SMD=1.17,95%CI(0.85,1.49),P=0.02]等指标的差异具有统计学意义。结论3D打印联合PBL教学可以提高学生骨科学成绩。
Objectives This study used systematic meta-analysis methods to support the hypothesis that 3D printing technique combined with Problem Based Learning(PBL)teaching mode can improve the effectiveness of orthopedics teaching.Methods Databases like SinoMed,Wan-fang,Weipu,and CKNI were searched for the publications about 3D printing combined with PBL teaching mode applied in orthopedic teaching.Meta-analysis was used to assess the effectiveness of the methods.Results Totally 53 articles were searched out and 6 articles were covered for analyzing through screening.Besides,390 students were also included.Group of 3D printing combined with PBL was found superior to control group,and their difference has statistical significance in theory scores[SMD=1.35,95%CI(1.11-1.59),P<0.01],clinical operation[SMD=1.61,95%CI(1.32,1.89),P<0.01],and learning interest[SMD=1.17,95%CI(0.85,1.49),P=0.02].Conclusion Combining 3D printing technique and PBL teaching mode in class can significantly improve students'orthopedics scores.
