基于虚拟仿真系统的心肺复苏实训教学模式实践研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨虚拟仿真系统在心肺复苏实训教学中的应用效果。方法随机选择该校护理系2016级1班(114名)护生为研究对象,采用传统教学和虚拟仿真系统进行心肺复苏技能实训教学;2016级4班为对照组,采用传统心肺复苏实训教学。6学时结束后,调查护生对应用虚拟仿真系统教学的评价,并进行操作考试。结果多数护生认为虚拟仿真系统让护生感觉很真实,是一种有效的自主学习方法,有助于提高护生的学习兴趣,帮助护生更好地为临床工作做准备以及提高护生的临床决策能力、让训练时间充足。但对沟通能力有所提高和操作完整性表示不满。2016级1班护生技能成绩优于2016级4班护生(P<0.01)。结论虚拟仿真系统应用于心肺复苏实训教学中,可以有效提高护生心肺复苏技能,推动实训教学模式的改革创新。 Objective To explore the effects of application of virtual simulation system in cardiopulmonary resuscitation practice teaching.Methods Random sampling method was used to select 114 nursing students from Class 1 of the class of 2016 in Department of Nursing as the research subjects.Virtual simulation system as well as traditional teaching method were used in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation practice teaching of this class.Class 4 of the class of 2016 was set as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was conducted in teaching.After 6 periods of teaching,Students'appraisal on the experience of virtual simulation was investigated and operation exam was conducted.Results Most students were satisfied with the virtual simulation system in increasing their sense of reality,providing an effective autonomous learning method,improving learning interest,improving their clinical decision-making ability and it provides plenty of time for training.However,some students were not satisfied with the communication ability and operational integrity.Operating test scores of the 1st class were better than the 4th class(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of virtual simulation system in cardiopulmonary resuscitation practice teaching can effectively improve cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills,promoting the innovation of practical teaching mode.
