Illumination of the clinical skills competition on the clinical teaching in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery

为不断提高耳鼻咽喉科临床教学水平,基于耳鼻咽喉科教学的现状,结合培训全国技能大赛的实践,总结了竞赛对该专业临床教学的启示,以期为同类院校相关专业临床实践教学提供参考:强化基本知识与基本理论;依托技能中心规范实践教学,以促进学生牢固掌握基本技能;同时加强教师队伍建设,注重学生的临床思维与团队协作,加强人文教育。

To improve the quality of clinical teaching in Otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,based on current situation of clinical teaching in Otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,this paper sums up the experience of cultivating the clinical skills competitions in medical students in our university,trying to provide reference about cultivation of the clinical practice ability of medical students.We need to strengthen the basic knowledge and reinforce principal theory,strengthen the basic skills by means of clinical skill center,enhance the construction of tea-ching staff,promote clinical thinking ability,and emphasis on human education and teamwork.
