摘要 国内常压储罐的检验主要采用传统的定期检验或抽检,传统的检验未能将经济性和安全性有机地结合起来,存在着过度检验和检验不足的问题,检验的频次、程度与受检设备的风险不对称。基于风险的检验(RBI)技术是一种以风险管理为基础的设备管理技术。采用RBI技术对大型原油储罐群进行风险评估,不仅能识别损伤机理和失效模式,还能确定储罐风险、得到优化的检验时间和检验策略,有助于石化储运装置的安全长周期运行。 Periodic inspection or sampling inspection was widely used in domestic atmospheric storage tank which fails in integrating economy and safety organically. As a result,some problems occurred such as over-inspection,insufficient inspection,inspection frequency and degree are not symmetrical with risk of the equipment under test. RBI technology is a new equipment management technology based on risk management,which can identify damage mechanism and failure mode,determine tank risk and obtain optimized inspection time and strategy,benefit for long-term operation of petrochemical storage and transportation.
