摘要
介绍了某公司渣油加氢处理装置高压注水线Incoloy825阀门阀体及焊接坡口裂纹的检测分析过程,从宏观检查、化学成分、金相组织、力学试验、断口及能谱分析等角度,讨论、分析了阀门裂纹失效的原因,提出了相应的解决措施。
Crack detection and analysis for incoloy825 valve body and weld groove of high-pressure water injection line in a company1 s residue hydrotreating unit were introduced.Failure cause of valve crack was discussed and analyzed from the aspects of macroscopic inspection,chemical composition,metallographic structure,mechanical test,fracture and energy spectrum analysis.Relevant proposals were suggested accordingly.
