通阴三阳灸治疗肝硬化腹水临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ascites by Three Yang moxibustion of Tong Yin

目的:观察通阴三阳灸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法:66例乙肝肝硬化腹水患者随机分为两组,各33例。对照组患者采用基础治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用通阴三阳灸法,1次/3d,3次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。疗程结束后,观察两组患者治疗前后腹水、24h尿量、体重、腹围、肝功能(ALT、AST)、症状总积分变化情况。结果:3个疗程后两组患者在ALT、AST、腹围、体重、24h尿量、症状总积分指标上均较治疗前明显改善(P <0. 05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:通阴三阳灸疗法可加快患者腹水的消退,改善临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To Observe the Clinical study on the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ascites by Three Yang moxibustion of Tong Yin.Methods:Sixty-six cases of liver cirrhosis with ascites were randomly divided into two groups,each with 33 cases.The control group were treated with western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of Yang moxibustion of Tong Yin treatment,1 times/3 day,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.After the end of treatment,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of abdominal ultrasound showed that the ascites subsided,24 hour urine volume,body weight,abdominal circumference,liver function(ALT,AST),the total symptom score.Results:The level of serum ALT and AST decreased after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the serum ALT level of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment of abdominal circumference and body weight were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),24 hour urine volume increased than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group of patients with abdominal circumference and weight were lower than the control group(P<0.05),24h urine volume was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the classification of ascites subsided in the two groups was reduced(P<0.05),and the ascites regression classification in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the two groups was reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the total symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three Yang moxibustion of Tong Yin could accerelate the subsided of ascites,improve the Clinical syndrome and the quality of life.
