紧密型医养结合模式下老年护理人才队伍现状分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:分析紧密型医养结合模式养老机构执业护士队伍组成及存在的问题。方法:统计该医养结合体所有护士年龄、学历层次、岗位能级、护龄及从事老年护理工作时长,分析该养老护理队伍存在的问题。结果:2015年12月—2018年4月该医养结合体共有执业护士135人、护理员151人,护士队伍年龄偏低,学历以大专为主,能级大多在N2级以下。结论:此三位一体紧密型医养结合模式高质量提供老年人全程照护,经两年多运行实践效果较好,但是老年护理队伍人数不足,专业性和技能水平不能满足该模式养老需求,队伍偏年轻化,学历层次偏低,迫切需要机构内部制定行之有效的老年护理人才培养方案和培训举措,不断提高养老护理队伍梯队建设。 Objects:To analysis the composition and problems of the nurse team in the mode of close-type treatment-care combination.Methods:Calculate the age,education background,post level,years of working of all the nurses in this institution to analysis problems the nurse team existing.Results:The close-type treatment-care combination institution has 135 nurses and 151 care aides.The nurse team was younger.Most of them had a college degree and their postlevels were lower than level 2.Conclusion:This triune closetype treatment-care combination can provide high quality care and obtained good practical results.But the nurse team in this institution was too young and had low academic qualification.There is an urgent need to formulate effective training programs and measures for elderly care nurses to constantly improve the construction of nursing echelon.
