摘要 目的:探讨血站全自动血型常规检测的影响因素和应对策略。方法:应用Hemotype全自动血型分析仪对52 657位无偿献血者全血样本进行血型筛查,对影响初次鉴定的实验干扰因素进行统计分析,并在后期加以调整和改进。结果:排除特殊血型和血型亚型的干扰,各种因素导致的血型初次鉴定失误共168例。其中2014-2016年抽检39 796例,误判154例,血型分析初次判读准确率为99.61%。后经持续改进,在2017-2018年度抽检12 861例样本中,仅误判14例,初次鉴定准确率达到99.89%,两者存在显著性差异。结论:针对干扰全自动血型检测的各类影响因素,应采取纠正和预防措施,确保临床输血的安全。 Objective:To explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of automatic blood group routine detection in blood station.Methods:The whole blood samples of 52,657 free blood donors were tested by Hemotype automatic blood group analyzer,the factors affecting the first identification were statistically analyzed and adjusted to improve identifications later.Results:Excluding the interference of special blood type and blood type subtype,168 cases of the first misidentification were caused by various factors.From 2014 to 2016,39,796 cases were sampled,154 cases were misjudged,the accuracy of the first identification of blood group analysis was 99.61%.After continuous improvement,only 14 of the 12,861 samples from 2017 to 2018 were misjudged,the accuracy of the first identification reached 99.89%.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:In view of the various factors that interfere with automatic blood group detection,corrective and preventive measures should be taken to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
