2型糖尿病数字化营养膳食模式研究

The digitalized nutritional dietary pattern for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病患者的营养膳食模式的构建、组织与管理,并建立2型糖尿病营养膳食模式。方法采用Delphi法制定2型糖尿病营养膳食模式,并将住院2型糖尿病患者分为观察组(糖尿病营养膳食模式)和对照组(非糖尿病营养膳食模式),比较两组干预前后相关营养指标、糖代谢及脂代谢变化情况。结果两组相关营养指标、糖代谢及脂代谢情况均较干预前有明显改善,且观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用糖尿病患者数字化营养膳食模式,有助于更好地增强患者的膳食模式自我管理能力、改善糖脂代谢等指标,方法简便易于掌握,可望在临床中推广应用。

Objective To develop the establishment,organization and management of nutritional dietary pattern in patients with diabetes mellitus,and to establish a model of nutritional diet for the patients.Methods The nutrition dietary pattern for type 2 diabetes mellitus designed by Delphi method was adopted.After that,we divided inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus into experiment group with adopt nutrition dietary pattern and control group without nutrition dietary pattern.The changes in nutrition indexes,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The nutrition indexes,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism after intervention were significantly improved when compared to before intervention,and the experiment group showed greater improvement than the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusions The digital nutrition dietary pattern for type 2 diabetes mellitus can be benefit for the patients in self-control of dietary pattern and improve the glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.The method is simple and easy to learn,so it is recommended to be adopted in clinical application.
