紧凑型投影仪照明光学系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 投影机的光能利用率、出射光束角度等参数与照明光路系统的设计优劣有关。该文中的照明系统由LED光源、TIR透镜和目标屏组成。利用ZEMAX软件模拟光束通过TIR透镜,以目标屏上的照明效果为依据,对TIR透镜的结构参数进行优化设计。大尺寸LED发出的光束通过TIR透镜时,一部分的光束经过CPC面型发生全反射,另一部分光束经过小的球面折射,对光源能量进行重新分布,可以得到光能利用率高(76.8%),光束出射半角小(10°)的照明光路系统。然后利用机械软件ProE绘制实体模型,通过ZEMAX和Trace Pro仿真验证其设计的合理性。
