摘要
对淫羊藿(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)种子生活力变化进行研究。结果表明,淫羊藿种子在储藏180 d后生活力快速下降,储藏1年后基本失去生活力。淫羊藿种子生活力测定最佳条件是种子浸泡3 h,用1.0%TTC溶液染色50 min;生产上播种前用水浸泡3 h左右可以增加田间出苗率。
The variation of the activity of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim seeds was researched.The results showed that the activity of E.brevicornu Maxim seeds declined rapidly after 180 days.And it was basically inactivated after one year.The best condition for seed viability of E.brevicornu Maximis soaking for 3 h,and dying 50 min with 1.0%TTC.The germination rate of seedlings could be increased by soaking in water for about 3 h before sowing.
