哀牢髭蟾消化系统解剖学及组织学观察

Anatomical and Histological Observation of Digestive System of Vibrissaphora ailaonica

对哀牢髭蟾(Vibrissaphora ailaonica)的消化系统进行了解剖学及组织学观察。结果表明,消化道大致可分为口腔、咽、食道、胃、小肠、直肠。肝脏分为左、中、右3叶。消化道组织结构中食道由外膜、黏膜层、肌层、纤毛和杯状细胞组成。胃由肌层、黏膜层、胃腺和胃小凹组成。小肠由黏膜层、肌层、杯状细胞组成。哀牢髭蟾小肠和直肠的肠腺不发达,胃腺丰富。其肠与头体长比约为1.5倍,消化道较短,于人工养殖时应选用无革质、易于消化的饵料。

Anatomical and histological observations were performed on the digestive system of Vibrissaphora ailaonica.The results showed that the digestive tract can be roughly divided into oral cavity,pharynx,esophagus,stomach,small intestine,and rectum.The liver is divided into left,middle and right leaves.The esophagus of the digestive tract tissue structure is composed of adventitia,mucosa,muscle,cilia and goblet cells;the stomach is composed of muscularis,mucosa,stomach glands,and gastric pits;and the small intestine is composed of mucosal,muscular,and goblet cells.The intestinal glands of the small intestine and rectum are not developed,and the stomach glands are abundant.The ratio of the length of the intestine to the head is approximately 1.5 times,and the digestive tract is short.In the artificial breeding,the non-leathered and easily digestible bait should be used.
